Our seeded ciabatta rolls are a lightly folded dough with the addition of rapeseed oil to give increased elasticity and develop a very open crumb. The roll is dipped in sunflower, pumpkin, linseed and poppy seeds.
This loaf uses primarily white flour with a little rye for flavour and because why not!
Use this product in the first days of purchase, can be frozen.
