Our ciabatta rolls are a lightly folded dough with the addition of rapeseed oil to give increased elasticity and develop a very open crumb. `The finished product has a thin lightly floured crust and a lovely soft interior.
This loaf uses primarily white flour with a little rye for flavour and because why not!
Use this product in the first days of purchase, can be frozen.
