Our pain de mie is a tinned loaf leavened with a sourdough starter and a little yeast. The resulting product is a soft loaf with a thin crust that toasts beautifully and is great sliced for sandwiches.
This loaf uses all organic white flour.
This loaf is best during the first 3 days.

All our cakes are made in an environment that contains MILK, EGG, PEANUT, and SOYA. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
