Our Large Landbrød is a yeasted loaf that uses some of our sourdough starter in a sponge to help develop flavour. It's a classic all round loaf which is great for everything.
This loaf uses a blend of 60% wholemeal and 40% white regeneratively farmed flour from Wildfarmed. This loaf is best during the first 3 days.

Toast, sandwiches, soups and stews.
