Our ciabatta loaf uses a lightly folded dough with the addition of cold-pressed rapeseed oil to give increased elasticity and develop an open crumb.  The finished product has a thin lightly floured crust and a lovely soft interior.  

This loaf uses primarily white flour with a little rye for flavour and because why not! 

Use this product in the first days of purchase, can be frozen.

Sandwiches, soup.
