Granola bars are vegan and contain no gluten.
They consist of a flapjack base enriched with pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds and linseeds, and studded with sharp and sweet dried cranberries. The four varieties of seeds provide fibre, vitamins and healthy omega-3 fats, as well as a moreish texture.

We recommend that a box contains 10 portions but it will come whole so you can cut them up as you'd like.
