Our white bloomer is a yeasted loaf that uses some of our sourdough starter in a sponge to help develop flavour. It's a classic all round loaf which is great for everything.

This loaf uses all organic white flour.

This loaf is best during the first 3 days.

Good For:

Toast, sandwiches, soups and stews.
