We’ve completely changed the filling this year to make it richer and boozier. It’s a heady mix of currants, raisins, apple, almonds and mixed peel soaked in a combination of brandy, cider and a significant amount of Pedro Ximenez.
The pastry is made with 100% regenerative British wheat from Wildfarmed and contains lots of delicious english butter from The Estate Dairy.
