Our cruffins are made from croissant dough shaped into a taller muffin shape, the flavours change every couple of weeks.
Eton Mess Cruffin:
A cruffin filled with strawberry gel and whipped mascarpone with meringue pieces. Topped with a halved fresh strawberry.
Cruffins are best eaten on the day of baking.
This product uses premium French milled flour from Moule Bie.
