Our pain au chocolat are made from scratch and laminated using all butter. They contain 3 sticks of Valhrona 48% dark chocolate in the centre.
This product uses premium French milled flour from Moule Bie.
Pain au chocolat are best used on the day of baking. They can be frozen and refreshed by putting them through a hot oven for 5 mins at 160 degrees celcius.
Breakfast. Sandwiches, toasted and filled.
Contains GLUTEN and MILK.
All our cakes are made in an environment that contains MILK, EGG, PEANUT, and SOYA. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
