Our cruffins are made from croissant dough shaped into a taller muffin shape, the flavours change every couple of weeks.

A cruffin filled with a pineapple gel, coconut cremeux, topped with roasted pineapple and dessicated coconut.
Cruffins are best eaten on the day of baking.
This product uses premium French milled flour from Moule Bie.
