Our cruffins are made from croissant dough shaped into a taller muffin shape, the flavours change every couple of weeks.
26 Nov - 6 Jan 26: Gingerbread Cruffin
A cruffin filled with gingerbread creme patissiere and milk chocolate cremeux. It will be topped by a Chocolate reindeer produced by Guppys Chocolate in York whilst stocks last and then by gingerbread crumb.
Cruffins are best eaten on the day of baking.
This product uses premium French milled flour from Moule Bie.
