The smaller version of our ambient sourdough loaves are mixed and slowly proved over an eight hour period to develop that classic open crumb whilst maintaining good hydration.
This loaf uses a blend of white and wholemeal organic flours.
This loaf is best during the first 3 days.
Toast, toasted sandwiches, soups and stews.
All our cakes are made in an environment that contains MILK, GLUTEN, EGG, PEANUT, SOYA and TREE NUT. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
