Our doughnuts are made from scratch by mixing a dough that is given a bulk fermentation overnight to help it develop flavour. The next day it is given a final mix before shaping, proving and frying in rapeseed oil.
This doughnut is filled with a fresh vanilla custard, which is combined with whipped cream to make it a little lighter.

All our products are made in an environment that contains MILK, GLUTEN, SESAME, EGG, PEANUT, SOYA and TREE NUT. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination but trace elements may be present.
